Hashtags on YouTube can turn into browsable topic pages. That only helps if the tag matches the video. Fifteen unrelated trending tags tell the system you are guessing. Three honest tags tell it you know the category.
Pick a niche and topic. Copy a short set into the end of the description (or the title if you truly need one, which is rare).
